    @crinrict Update: I found the badge in my inventory now! Although the total count is still not right. I'm closing the case. Thanks for your help! @crinrict

@LaprasInBasin IIRC, they usually come in the mail after a while. Did you not get the others in the mail ? How long has it been ?

Which collections did you complete ?

@crinrict I checked my mailbox and there's nothing there. I've completed frogs, gardening, my sims trophies, elements, fish, and seashells.
