I can't even start the game.....

Ever since the game updated, I hasn't been able to play anymore.

Please note that I don't have any mods, saves or trays cause I had to restore my pc and decided it to delete everything to start fresh.

When it updated, I could start a new game and make a sim but when I was about to move they to a lot the game would blank, so I did everything that was recommended: deleted the localthumbcache, repaired the game, tried the "The Sims 4_Old" folder or moving the folder to the desktop so it would create a new one and the last option was to reinstall the whole game, which I did, but now I can't even move from the main menu! 

Everytime I click to start a new save I get a white screen, the cursor still works and so does the sounds but thats it, nothing loads. To close the game, I have to force it with Tasks Manager. Sometimes it will give me an error message on the EA App, sometimes it won't.

The only thing that shows up is a Scratch folder at Saves, as you can see below.

I thought it could be my Graphics Card but i tried some other games and it's fully working so I have no idea what could it be, I'm begging for help!!!
