Missing beds and more in College Dorm after update

I launched the game after today's update; loaded my still in college sim and all the beds and couches in her dormitory are gone. My sim was sleeping in her bed when I saved the game but now it and every other bed (and couch) is missing. So are the sinks in the bathrooms.

yes the NAP for sharing is caring is on, but these items were all present when I saved the game yesterday before the update.
