kagracea Please see this guide for missing DLC, in particular the section about it showing as installed in the EA App but not loading:

The short version is that you likely have two copies of the game installed, one that has all the DLC (and the EA App recognizes this) and the other that's actually loading when you play. The guide has instructions for fixing the situation.
