Re: Sims 4 - Packs missing from EA app

I purchased my Sims 4 expansion packs directly through EA. I played with them on this same computer even after Origin transitioned to the EA app. Now my EA app shows that I own zero expansion packs, even though the base game is still in my library.

My EA order history is empty, my gameplay time appears to have reset, and I have screenshots of my download history showing evidence of the packs. I have tried the missing-content troubleshooting steps, but EA Help only shows FAQs and I cannot open a support case.

Can someone advise how I can get EA to investigate my missing pack entitlements and purchase history?

Hey mistygirl123,

If your order history page is empty and your gameplay time has reset, you've likely signed in to a different EA account than the one you used to purchase those expansion packs on.

I am not signed into a different account and I have proof of purchases.
