    Hey there @Jokers_girrl,

    It sounds like you may have redeemed your codes to a different EA account than the one you're currently logging in with. This isn't something we can verify with you over the forums since we don't have access to your specific account details, so live support will need to look into this with you a bit further and search your game codes to locate what account they've been registered to.

    Please get in contact with live support again by submitting a help request on the site here- I'd also recommend you attach this AHQ conversation when you reach out there so the live support team does have something further to reference. If you have any troubles contacting the team from the help site, you can let me know!
