Missing DLC's from sims 4 and told their is nothing EA can do.
Well after spending $98.89 on DLCs for the Sims 4 in January of last year, I reinstalled the Sims 4 on Steam and fixed my EA (SIMS wouldn't Load) All proof of my DLCS is Gone and I'm $98.89 down the drain. I have the SIMS 4 through Steam and bought DLCS through them to find out my Steam was linked to another account. Blah Blah Blah got their Steam account moved to their current account refunded the Steam Sims DLC and repurchased them through EA. Fast forward to two days ago, my Fiance wanted to play the sims, only to find that all of the headless were gone and couldn't find them. Can't find them in the purchase history. Nowhere. Well talked to GGopherA today on the EA help page because I either wanted my $98.89 back or the DLCs Restored to my account. All Gipher A wanted to tell me was it was a subscription through and that she couldn't help, well I talked to Steam, and guess what they told me, can't do anything, this is all on EA's Side all we provide for you is the install for the game which is imported over to EA and you made the purchase for the DLC's through EA so we have no control over any of that. I told EA'sGopherr A that and they just said so sorry, I can't help but avoid the messaging between each other. I have all of the purchase history from my credit card, and emails showing I made the purchases that just somehow disappeared. Thanks, EA appreciate the stellar customer service and also for stealing about a hundred dollars from me. So I'm not sure what to do, maybe you guys can give me some help. FYI the game is currently linked through steam to EA, I had purchased DLCs through steam before but refunded them because they wouldn't work. Then purchased the DLCs thru EA, played the game and everything worked fine until 3 days ago when I installed the game again and here we are.

If you're missing some expansions after you've had two accounts merged together, you'll need to reach out to live support to have them manually transfer those packs over to your new account- this isn't something we can help with over the forums we can't access your account details.
Please submit a brand new help request on the website so live support can look into this further for you and help you get those missing packs on your current EA account. I'd also recommend you attach this AHQ conversation when you reach out so live support has further details to reference.
