Missing dll. WINMM. Help please

So I just got my PC, its brand new, clean, I just installed origin, it didn't work, I did a clean boot, fixed it, downloaded the sims 4, can't play it since I get an error saying that WINMM.dll is missing. Can somebody help me please ☹️ ? Thank you
