Missing EP Adventure awaits

I purchased the Adventures Awaits Ep through EA app. I have confirmation of purchased and its showing installed through my app and in game but the pack doesn't actually show in game play.  I've cleared cache, repaired the game and un-installed and reinstalled the pack and that hasn't worked either. I've reached out to tech support(we've done the same steps both with support and without) i really want to play with this pack, but if it doesn't work I'm not seeing the point in keeping it. Hopefully this is fixed soon. If anyone else is having this issue please feel free to let me know.
