Missing free items from Highschool Years

I bought the game when I was supposed to on the EA app, I think, if not then it was on Amazon. I didn't bring it up until now, because I'm not sure who to talk to about it. Could someone please help? It makes me irritated when the gallery says I both have it, and don't have it. I know I'm two years late, but I didn't know this site existed.
