Missing game options

Question

&nbsp;My SIM is a doctor and it asks for him to calibrate the x-ray medicine. But he can't walk to it.&nbsp;I tried to fix but can't go to build mode during work shift. So I go to fix after work and can't find the hospital&nbsp;&nbsp;I tried to build a hospital and I can't find that lot type. But I should have it because I own the "Get to work" expansion packCan anyone help me?

The hospital is a hidden kinda lot so you can't find it to edit in build mode. You need to be at the hospital by working there (or while pregnant) and then use the cheat: bb.enablefreebuild (testingcheats need to be enabled) to be able to go to build mode.
