Missing holiday interactions.

Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? I honestly dont know. On most of my families it works just fine. Just one of 3 where I have this problem.
What happens when the bug occurs? A lot of the holyday interactions are simply missing. Right now it is TV premier day and there is no interaction on the tv to actually se the premiere, However I can talk about it, and sing about it with other sims. At Christmas and new year and thanks giving I had the same problem. At Christmas all holiday interactions was missing so I could not get the gold on the holiday because I could not get the Christmas spirit also I could not ask Father Christmas for a gift or give Christmas gifts to other sims. At new year I could not watch the countdown on the tv because it was simply not an option to do so. And on thanks giving I could not do the "Be thankful" interaction as that was also missing. It is really starting to bug me as I cant get a good holiday experience ever....
What do you expect to see? I expect to se an interaction with a small picture of the holiday and then behind that I expect to find the words "Watch tv premier" I expect to see small holiday picture and the words " Give winters day gift" I expect to se a picture of the holiday and find the words " Be thankful " behind it. I expect to see a small picture of the holiday with the words " Ask for gift". Small picture " Spread winters day spirit" Small picture "Watch new year countdown" And many more like it but I cant remember what all of them are say. It is happening to a seemingly random number of holyday interactions every holiday =/
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Never used.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? No
I dont know how to do that =/
