Missing Hospital

I'm just casually playing sims 4, and i went to work with my sim, who is a level 7 in her doctor career, and when i arrived, the whole lot is gone. The hospital disappeared. I tried repairing the game but it didn't work. I do have custom content installed but it worked perfectly fine before. I haven't added any recently, so I'm quite baffled. Please help! Thanks.
