Missing Kit Items

Question

I've purchased and downloaded each of the kits as they've been released and have never had any issues until today. When I went to add some clutter items to a build, I noticed that I was missing quite a few of the Everyday Clutter items that I've used in the past (specifically I was looking for the cell phone and keys). I only have 13 items showing up in my game for that kit and according to the kit description, there should be 30. At first I thought that maybe some items were just removed from the game, but that doesn't appear to be the case.

I checked a couple other kits to see if the issue is isolated to this particular one and it does seem to be, though I didn't check them all. Just the ones I use most regularly (i.e., Book Nook and Bathroom Clutter).

Do you think it's something they can fix? Or do you think the game has too much stuff? I think I found a bed today that i have never seen. There is NO way I would look past that bed for the 4 years I've been playing Sims 4. Or maybe I have, as the kids say, been sleeping on this bed all this time. Who knows?

I hope the game hasn't met its full capacity. And if so, hopefully they let us choose what we want to lose and keep.
