Missing packs on loading
Why are my game packs constantly not available on loading, and it tells me to restart the game. If I want to load a previous save game during play I have to log out, go back to te EA app and restart ...
@backwardoracle Try repairing the game: open your game library, hover over the Sims 4 icon, click the three dots, and select Repair. If that alone doesn't help, clear the EA App's cache and repair again.

I've also seen a number of reports that the EA App doesn't load packs properly when the computer is offline. If you've been playing offline, please try launching the game while online once, then go back offline if you want.
