Missing Scrabble Words

so ive bean playing sims for awhile and i just installed the sims 4 get to work expansion pack! When i was looking online trying to make my retail store (using a youtube guide) i noticed when i clicked on the phto all it has was a blank rectangle? no words or sometimes just a few dots. its very hard for me to understand what is what and what to do when everything is blank? please help me.
