Re: Sims 4 - Packs missing from EA app

I reinstalled the sims 4. And after that, of all my 7 packs only 1 was still there. I repaired the app in hopes it would fix it, but then even my one remaining pack was gone. They do not show up in the marketplace and are shown as not owned in the ea app.

And I am in the same account where I used the Codes for the packs, I am not in the wrong account. I did app recovery, restarted the app, and cleared the cache. Nothing has brought my 7 packs back. Please help.

Edit: i checked my other ea account to be sure, and the packs weren't there either.

Hey exaa6uizav3d,

If your packs aren't showing as owned on the EA App, you've likely signed in to the wrong account. I've merged your post into the main thread for this topic in the meantime. Please take a look at the accepted solution for more information. Thanks!

Like I already mentioned, this is the exact same account where I used the codes for the packs. I am not signed into the wrong account. I did not switch Accounts when I repaired the game, and the last remaining pack disapeared. Nor did I before that when I reinstalled the game and all the other packs disapeared.
And to be sure, I even checked my other EA account and logged in there. The packs are also missing there.
