Re: Sims 4 - Packs missing from EA app

Hello

I am writing because several of my expansion packs for The Sims 4 have disappeared from my EA account. I had previously redeemed these packs using valid product codes, but now they are no longer visible in my library.

When I try to re-enter the product codes, I receive a message stating that the codes have already been used. I am certain that I redeemed them on this account.

Could you please help me recover access to the missing content?
