Missing sims file
I'm not sure what to do but no matter how many time's I repair the game and open and close it, the mods and localthumbcache never return back into the game? Any help please!

At first I removed my mods folder since cc was missing that was in the folder but now it won't make a new mods folder at all. I've open the game at least 8 times for it to be able to make a new mods folder and nothing is showing up???
