The game loads perfectly fine all the way to the map. Once I try to load/enter any household/lot, I receive an error saying "The game failed to load. Error Code: 102:50c5d2b:53903d75 It is recommended that you relaunch the game." This happens both with and without mods/cc.
I'm able to start a new game and load it into lots without any problem.
Not entirely sure what to do, but I'd hate to have to start all over.

Move your mods folder to the desktop.
Delete localthumbcache.package file in the game folder. Delete also all folders with the word "cache" in the name.
.Fix the game in Origin.
Origin/Library - right-click on TS4 - option "Repair game"
Then go to the Family Management panel and find your household
Click on transfer Sims between households
Create a new household and move your family (click on sell all lot furnishings)
Move them back into their house.
Check if it is working now
