Mods disabled from game

I've been playing Sims 4 since it first came out, and I've never had this problem with mods. I just installed Sims on my laptop and put everything in the right place, but it's not showing up in-game. I turned on and off the script mods in-game, repaired he game, restarted my laptop, and still no mods are popping up on my game.

    https://sims4.crinrict.com/eng/2018/07/how-to-find-your-user-folder/

Right-click one of your mods or cc items and select Properties > General.  The Location must exactly match the file path you see in-game up to "The Sims 4."  If the paths don't match, move the files.

I can also see from your screenshot that your files are in the process of syncing with OneDrive.  Do you want OneDrive to touch your Sims 4 folder?  If not, it would be best to address this now.  This could also be the reason your mods aren't loading in-game—the files could be locked up while the syncing process is ongoing, and they might eventually be kept only in cloud storage if you don't have a lot of free space on your computer.  Here's a guide I wrote for managing OneDrive in case you want to make any changes:
