@itgrl007 I'm not sure how you organized your data on D, but it looks like you've added the Mods folder to the game's program files rather than to the user folder. The user folder is always in Documents > Electronic Arts by default, regardless of where you install the game itself. Here's how to find the folder the game is reading:

If the game is reading the folder on C, you'll need to create a symbolic link to direct it to the folder on D, as described here:
If you run into trouble with the command, try using the full file path, as in, what you saw when you checked the location of the user folder, rather than %UserProfile% as is written in the guide.
To be clear, you'll want to create a separate folder on D for the user data, please do NOT combine it with the game's program files.
