Moschino tripod not working in high lots

What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? All except Journey to Batuu
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Your Sim needs to be in a lot that is high, this happens on the Fountainview Penthouse and the Stargazer Lounge. Command your sim to 'take picture of...' using the Crystal Clear Digital Camera while it is on Fashion Studio Photography Tripod from the Moschino stuff pack.
What happens when the bug occurs? The Sim walks to the tripod and then the command stops. Nothing happens after that. I tested this while on a lot that isn't placed high and it works fine. This only happens on high lots.
What do you expect to see? I expected my sim to take a photo of a sim of my choosing.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Not now. I've removed them.
