I have no mods or CC but since the latest update whenever my Sims visit the snow, the game freezes after a few minutes of gameplay and I have to restart my computer to even close the game.
It seems to happen when I take a screenshot or use the camera function
I tried repairing a couple of times but still the same problem
And it's ONLY at this location so far, I have travelled to different areas and screenshotted there with no issues.
Small update - I updated GPU, cleared cache, and repaired again. Seems to be at other locations too for screenshot specific parts when away from home lot. I have to completely shut down and restart my computer to get back into the game.

Please also provide a dxdiag. Click Windows key-R, enter dxdiag in the run box, wait for the scan to finish, click "Save all information," and save the file to your desktop. From there, you can attach it to a reply using the paper clip (Attachment) icon included with the other formatting buttons.
