Mouse clicking sometimes gets doubled while playing

I don't know what the problem could be why it started to get doubled clicked whenever I click something in the UI especially when I fast click them, restarting and changing anything on the graphics doesn't fix the issue.

it's annoying during CAS and Build mode when you click it one time and it gets suddenly doubled.
