jjooyyaahh I've split your post into its own thread since the other thread was somewhat old. Please list the settings you changed that temporarily fixed the game, not only the category but the values you used if relevant. For example, please let me know what resolution you used. And if you haven't tried windowed mode already, please do so now.
Please also provide a dxdiag. Click Windows key-R, enter dxdiag in the run box, wait for the scan to finish, click "Save all information," and save the file to your desktop. From there, you can attach it to a reply using the paper clip (Attachment) icon included with the other formatting buttons.
