Move DLC from my account to My child’s account?

Hi! 
I accidentally purchased a DLC on my account, but I can’t figure out how to send it to my child’s account?

im used to the old days where you just gave them a CD, or Steam with Family accounts so everyone can play everything 

how do I fix this?
