Move steam games to EA

I have some Sims 4 packs on steam and some on EA but they won’t launch together. Does anyone know how to transfer packs from Steam to EA?

@emmaxtinkerbell You can't transfer packs from one platform to the other. What you can do is use all the packs together through Steam. Install the game using Steam, plus all your packs there, then login to the EA App and download the packs you own there, but NOT a second copy of the base game. You should be able to download the packs through My game library > Sims 4 > Manage > Manage add-ons.

do i have to buy them again? I have the base game on steam and i bought a pack in the AE app but they will not launch together

@Pavlinamano You don't need to buy anything a second time. Go into the EA App and download your pack, but NOT a second copy of the base game. It should install into the program files for your Steam-installed base game. If you've already installed the base game through the EA App, uninstall it first.
