Moved sim out of apartment, still have keyholders

How do I revoke the keyholders of my Sim's last apartment when I moved them out/evicted them?

The reason I moved them out was, I had a rooftop garden in their penthouse and it was glitching up whenever I tried to fertilize plants or spray for bugs. The same thing happened when another one of my playable Sims went to visit by themselves when they got called over there.

When that Sim came to visit my Sim at her new house, I tried, but...

And normally the options for giving and revoking keys are in plain view when you're still living in an apartment. But if you got lingering keyholders, the game expects those keyholders to "return" the keys back. Doesn't the game not pay back the security deposit if you have x-amount of keyholders you didn't revoke the keys from prior to moving your Sim out of the apartment?

@SmoggyLambGG I assume the Sim still also acted like a keyholder ? Meaning they just came inside without knocking ?

Can you try moving back to the apartment and see if the revoke shows up again ? Just for testing.

Does sounds like some kind of bug. Will test this tomorrow.

    EDIT

Found some time to test this and my Sim has the interaction to revoke the key after moving (moved to a different apartment first, then to a house)
