Moving a room on a flat surface cause a terrarin change

Product: The Sims 4
Platform:PC
Which language are you playing the game in? English
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
What is your current game version number? 1.47.51.1020
What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? All
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? 1. Open DSV's The Ward Den in build mode. 2. Save it to gallery. 3. Bulldoze the lot and terrarin just in case. 4. Place The Ward Den here. 5. Bulldoze terrarin, just in case. This make sure the lot is on a _flat_ ground. 6. Click the room and drag it. See image
What happens when the bug occurs? Terrarin changed
What do you expect to see? No terrarin change (flat)
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Not now. I've removed them.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Neutral/Not Sure

    It looks like the block is raised on a foundation and when you moved it to the left it went flat on the ground. Did you try raising it back up again?

    Also the stairs didn’t move, which is why the ground stayed raised. Did you try moving the stairs too?

    Seems normal now that terrain can be manipulated. It would be nice if when moving a block the connected stairs also moved and it maintains its raise height and foundation though.

    @justbugreportin I haven't been able to reproduce your issue in my game.  When I attempt to move the room, the game simply deletes the stairs if I move the room too far away from them; it does not leave them behind.  I tried it in a variety of ways with no luck.  Are there any steps you took that are perhaps not included in your post?  Would it be possible for you to record a video of your process and post it?

    Also, if you haven't already, please take these steps: 1) remove all mods/CC, 2) clear your cache, 3) repair the game via Origin, 4) start a new save, and 5) test the issue in the new save.  This rules out corruption, whether from mods/CC or other causes.
