Moving Sims 4 From C Drive to D Drive

I'm currently trying to move my Sims 4 data over to the D drive. The game is already installed onto the D drive, but the save, cache, tray, and mod files are all still saved into the C drive for what...

That might be the issue. I'll try deleting the folders and see what happens.

i accidently dowloanded sims to d folder now i have to update but there is no space in c so i have to move sims to c what can ı do and how do ı do
