My apartment building in city living completely disappeared!

So after returning from a festival, I come back and not just my apartment, BUT THE WHOLE BUILDING HAS DISAPPEARED!! I have no idea how to recover it now... I tried to repair the game and reset the fil...

@evhs0516 i saved all my households and houses and started a new game, moved the households back into the apartments and there there. so just start a new game and the buildings should showup
