My cats and dogs expansion pack isn't showing up after January 11 update
My game has been running perfectly up until I updated my game yesterday and I can't help but be concerned when I get back on my computer today only to find out my pack is no longer installed. I checked my Origin account and it doesn't show that I have purchased or downloaded it. I would really appreciate if someone could explain to my why this happened and how I can fix it.
Are you looking underneath the 'Extra content' tab in Origin?
You can find that this way:
- Go to 'Game Library' in Origin
- Right-click 'The Sims 4' and choose 'Game Details
An overlay moves in
- Have a look at the 'Extra Content' tab
There you Cats and Dogs expansion should show up.
