@madisonthefairy A few questions to get you to the right support with the right information (we're doing some of this kind of support in tech forums now):
- Are you on a Mac or a PC (a non-Mac computer)?
- Do you get an error code or message when you start up? If so, please post the whole error code or message. A screenshot is fine.
- Have you done any other troubleshooting, on top of what you've listed here?
I play on a windows 10 gaming laptop. No error code shows up, just missing CC, I’ve tried deleting certain files in the Sims 4 that YT Videos told me to delete as well. I think that’s everything

@madisonthefairy Please post a screenshot of the folder that contains the custom content that isn't loading. Include the address bar, above the list of files and folders, in the screenshot.
For reference, please also list the location Sims 4 is reading, as seen in-game. Here's how:

Here you go! Although it won’t let me load the game at all with the mods folder in it now, which is odd and never has happened before.

@madisonthefairy In the future, please use Windows key-shift-S to take screenshots on your computer, and upload those. They're much easier to read than photos taken with your phone.
Having said that, OneDrive looks to be at least part of the problem here. I would suggest getting rid of it entirely, or at least not allowing it to sync the contents of Documents. Here's how to accomplish that, either "I don't want OneDrive to sync my files" or "I want to get rid of OneDrive":
Choose the option that works for you, then try again to use your mods and custom content. I can't tell you that OneDrive is all of the problem, but we at least need to eliminate its influence.
