my clothes don't show up in game

in cas i saw clothes but in game they don't show up.Not all.In game my sims is nakes(have orange colours(like t-shirt or jeans is invisible) and hair is not complete.when i put a outfit or hair and i need to change to work.I download a mod(with unlock door from mod the sims but when i enter in game and i press play i see the worlds not my house with sim,
