My custom content and mods aren't activating !!

I tried everything (remove the cachetsr folders, localthumbcache, etc...), activate script changes and repair the game but all my cc’s and mods don’t activate and it seriously starts to discourage me. Does anyone have a solution to fix it please that would be really nice?

Honestly, even though I have a recent PC, everything worked fine until the last update. It's like you need a more powerful PC.
