My file folders are missing

All my games accidentally got uninstalled and I have been trying to re-install them for the past day. It's been working except everything I go to put MODS and CC into the folders, there are files missing that would usually be there a well as the MOD folder is literally no where. I've uninstalled and re-installed origin and all the games several times and moved the file location and nothing works, the whole file looks completely different to what I'm used to seeing.

    The game needs to be started at least once after installation.

    That will automatically generate fresh versions in the folder here:

    \Documents\Electronic Arts\The Sims 4

    You should be able to just close the game and see the needed folders.

    Mods / CC may need to be updated to match the current game version.
    Please contact the creator for the most current versions.
