my first pet stuff Pack not recognised in the game

Hi, i need help please. I did all ur recomended changes ( from delete EA Cache and Repair, look if the Folder in SIMS 4 Folder is... untill fully new download and install with deleted my all Data , i have no saved Games more.. nothing ) and still this Pack doesn't work. 

Why? what do i need? it says something with System Requirement, check my File please

    @NeIIa  Do you own Cats & Dogs?  If not, much of the content from My First Pet Stuff won't work.  But you should still see at least a few Build/Buy items.  Please check in-game and let me know whether any MFPS items show up at all.

    The message about requiring Sims 4 can be ignored.

    @NeIIa  Do you own Cats & Dogs?  If not, much of the content from My First Pet Stuff won't work.  But you should still see at least a few Build/Buy items.  Please check in-game and let me know whether any MFPS items show up at all.

    @Dizzeme  Please run a search for SP14 , which is the folder for My First Pet Stuff.  Open a File Explorer window, click This PC in the left panel, and enter SP14 in the search field in the upper-right corner.  Wait for the search to finish, then make sure the full file path is showing under each result.  If it's not, expand the window sideways as necessary.  Take a screenshot using Windows key-shift-S and attach it to a reply here.

    Hi, thx for the answer. I have the cat and dog Pack. I-ll look inside for the Stuff when i play and i come back with a reply . Thx
