Only1Shanta Have you confirmed that all your packs and kits are loading in-game? You can open CAS or Build/Buy and filter by pack: anything that isn't loading will be listed as unowned whether it is or not.
And if you have any idea what items are missing, or what packs they're from, let me know.
Separately, this sounds similar to a mod-related issue after the last major patch:
