Can't play saves and game crashes when loading

I have been playing the sims for years and I have never had this problem. I can not play my save as it goes to world map saying I have 0 funds and I can not select any lots and my home I built is not showing up? I also tried creating a new game but whilst the game is loading into CAS, my entire game just crashes and takes me back to my laptop homepage saying "the game had trouble launching from a problem on our end, please try again later" and this has been happening for 3 days. In an attempt to fix this I deleted all my mods and cc , this still would not work! I also uninstalled the Sims and all my add-ons and reinstalled them, and my game still will not work! Please help a girl out I just want to play The Sims :((((

    SarayahKiannax​  As a test, please try playing in a clean user folder.  Move the entire Sims 4 folder out of Documents > Electronic Arts and onto your desktop.  When you launch the game, a clean folder will spawn with no content.  (Your saves and other content will be intact in the folder you've moved but temporarily unread by the game.)  Don't add anything to the new folder yet; just start a new save and see how it runs, that is if you can get that far.

    If you still can't play, please provide a dxdiag.  Click Windows key-R, enter dxdiag in the run box, wait for the scan to finish, click "Save all information," and save the file to your desktop.  From there, you can attach it to a reply using the paper clip (Attachment) icon included with the other formatting buttons.
