My game doesn't save

It's been happening for a few weeks. I was playing (just like any other day lol) and my game wouldn't save at all. I also lost all my progress from that day. After that, I tried to play again and the sledgehammer toll wouldn't world nor objects could be deleted. I tried deleting all mods (I only had MCC and CAS cc), reinstalling my game, repairing on the EA app, and nothing works! I don't have For Rent, I don't have all packs or super old saves. Right now, I'm unable to play. I don't know what I could do at this point.

    iamgiuliag  Does "save as" work?  And does the game currently say it saved your progress, but your progress is gone; or does it still refuse to save or hang on the save process?

    "Save as" doesn't work, I've tried it! It refuses to save, it stays on the loading screen forever.

    iamgiuliag  Please start a new save and see whether you can save your progress there.  This is just a test; I'm not saying you need to abandon your current save.

    Separately, please try playing with your computer offline.  You can sign into the EA App and put it in offline mode, then disable wifi and/or disconnect the ethernet cable before pressing Play.  Test your main save offline, and also another new save if saving your progress while online doesn't work.
