My game is crashed

Today I installed the new Sims 4 update. When I started the game, I got an error due to a mod. I went and uninstalled the mod, which was causing the error, and cleared the cache. When I tried to play again, my household, which consists of two Sims, now only shows one in the queue, even though I can switch between them. I can't see their feelings as seen in the image, like some other buttons that appear as light blue squares. I've already repaired the app several times with the cc inside the folder and also outside of it and it still doesn't work

  • vALE_mONGE1  Have you tried playing with your Mods folder removed?  It doesn't matter whether you repair with mods and custom content present or not; you need to test the game itself without that content.

Yes!! I've tried everything, and now I'm having trouble with the options. I only see the lot and the household, but it won't even let me exit the game, forcing me to restart my pc

  • vALE_mONGE1  Does a new save work?  Please test for comparison's sake.

If not, please try playing in a clean user folder.  Move the entire Sims 4 folder out of Documents > Electronic Arts and onto your desktop.  When you launch the game, a clean folder will spawn with no content.  (Your saves and other content will be intact in the folder you've moved but temporarily unread by the game.)  Don't add anything to the new folder yet; just start a new save and see how it runs, that is if you can get that far.

I'm not saying you have to ditch your old save, only that it's best to get the game working in general first.  If the new save works in the clean folder, you can copy your main save to that folder and try playing it.

If you still can't play your main sims, try using Load Game to play a different household within that save.
