My game is lagging

Hi I was hoping someone could help me figure out how to get my game to stop lagging.  The  load screens take forever and my sims perform actions for way too long.  They often freeze when actions are canceled.

I constantly clear my cache and tray.  I move out my screenshots after each time a play. I do use some CC but they have never given me issues before.  I've deleted the saves I haven't played and now have around 5 or 6 saves.  Below is the dxdiag which I think can help see if my computer meets the requirements, however I've been playing on this laptop since I got it and have never had any issues.  My laptop is an HP Envy, which originally was purchase so I can play the Sims on it.  I do not play any other games on this laptop, nor do I save many pictures on it.
