Could you post your Computer's DxDiag, if you require further help
- Press Windows-Key + R
- Type: DxDiag
- Click on Save all Information.
- Attach the Text File to your post
I don’t even know if my computer has that. It’s a hp desktop computer. I’ve had it for a while.

@jtholecek If you have an HP computer and it runs Sims 4, it runs Windows. That in turn means that you can run a dxdiag, as Crinrict has described. Please do so and attach the text file to a reply here. This is not a fix, just a way to gather information about your system, and hopefully figure out why the game isn't working.

I got my game to work this morning. I just had to reset my computer and reinstall the game and ea for my computer. Hopefully I don’t have this issue again when I get home tomorrow morning.
