My game is not loading at all, what should I do?
My sims game is not loading at all. it will not work; it will not load or show up on my computer screen at all and I need help with this. Can someone please help me.

@jtholecek If you have an HP computer and it runs Sims 4, it runs Windows. That in turn means that you can run a dxdiag, as Crinrict has described. Please do so and attach the text file to a reply here. This is not a fix, just a way to gather information about your system, and hopefully figure out why the game isn't working.
I got my game to work this morning. I just had to reset my computer and reinstall the game and ea for my computer. Hopefully I don’t have this issue again when I get home tomorrow morning.
