my game keeeps locking down the screen its 'no escape'

For some reason there issue, I installed CC and there another issue, this time there updated mods, I am using conflict detector which help me when I know there error it can't be custom content I already looked through for any more.

screen lock error, and no way out, without damaging computer is there a way out.

when goes in screen lock mode I can't go windows key to get taskbar and will not get me out this current bug.

Game itself goes into white screen silence mode where doesn't even reticulating spines doesn't go past, or rotating sims icon stops all together.

but beyond all that I need to know what I can do when goes into lock screen what to fix it if there no load up? One time it got lock screen never released my computer I had to go shut down from switch.

Should I try uninstall see what happens?
