My game keeps crashing and i don't know what to do

i updated the game and tried to play, the main menu was fine, the create a sim was fine and the loading screen and the world, but as soon as the loading screen was off and i could play i didn't see anything, the screen was blue and i saw the thought bubbles but they kept layering up when they moved, i saw the sims in the left corner but they were frozen, i went and paused the game and that worked just fine but when i closed it again it shrunk and froze. i have tried restarting my computer, the game and even deleted that one save and tried making a new one. none of that worked and i don't know what to do. i tried going in other games and they work just fine so i know its not my computer.

    Kumiko465​  Do you still need help?  If so, please let me know, and provide a dxdiag.  Click Windows key-R, enter dxdiag in the run box, wait for the scan to finish, click "Save all information," and save the file to your desktop.  From there, you can attach it to a reply using the paper clip (Attachment) icon included with the other formatting buttons.
