My game keeps crashing and i don't know what to do

i updated the game and tried to play, the main menu was fine, the create a sim was fine and the loading screen and the world, but as soon as the loading screen was off and i could play i didn't see a...

Kumiko465​  Do you still need help?  If so, please let me know, and provide a dxdiag.  Click Windows key-R, enter dxdiag in the run box, wait for the scan to finish, click "Save all information," and save the file to your desktop.  From there, you can attach it to a reply using the paper clip (Attachment) icon included with the other formatting buttons.
