@ScottishLaird Please force the game to run in DirectX 11 mode. Open your EA App game library, click Sims 4 > Manage > View properties, and enter -dx11 in the command line box.
@Vanilla5pice Please test with no mods or custom content, and if that doesn't help, provide a dxdiag. Both are described in post 2.
am i right in thinking that DirectX 11 mode is for just windows? if so do you have an idea for a fix for mac? thank you!
