my game keeps crashing
and its getting on my nerves. I even got a better pc because our old one couldn't hold up. Everytime i play my game crashes. It doesn't even have a pattern it just shuts down and im tired of it. Ther...

There is no blue screen crashes. It's only the game that closes. And its only when i play sims 4.

There is at least a half dozen DPC_WATCHDOG_VIOLATION BlueScreen errors reported in your DxDiag, and only one other problem, so this system crashes should have been happening recently.
Are you not aware of this crashes? Is someone else using this machine?
- Hit Windows key and X.
- Choose either “PowerShell (Administrator)” or “Command prompt (Administrator),” or "Windows Terminal (Administrator)", whichever option is offered.
- Inside PowerShell, CMD or Terminal enter: (You can copy and paste the following without the quotes:) “DISM.exe /Online /Cleanup-image /Checkhealth” > press ENTER.
- If errors are found, notify us. If no errors were found repeat steps 1 & 2.
- Inside PowerShell, CMD or Terminal enter “DISM.exe /Online /Cleanup-image /Restorehealth” without quotes. > press ENTER.
- The system will start validating soon. If it throws an error, please list it here.
- After it reaches 100% repeat steps 1 & 2.
- Inside PowerShell, CMD or Terminal enter “sfc /scannow” without quotes > press enter
- Post the message you receive at the end of the processes here.
